Office Opening Hours

We're following the government's stay at home advice (most of our team is working from home); however a visit to our office for essential matters is strictly by appointment by email: enquiries@britanniapropertyservices.com

 

Viewings

For the safety of our colleagues and tenants we cannot conduct face to face viewings unless for NHS staff/key workers or those needing emergency accommodation (where safety precautions will take place); however elsewhere we can offer a video tour/ pictures of the property.

 

Maintenance

Essential maintenance and safety inspections will continue with safety precautions in place. You will be asked to confirm that the house hold are not self-isolating and not showing any symptoms of Covid-19.

 

Our Tenants

You remain legally responsible for the tenancy as stated in your agreement.
