New Build off plan property is also of great interest we require a minimum of 15% discount off valuation in order for us to buy.
The Britannia Property Group welcome receipt of proposed properties by email or fax and our evaluators will then decide whether they are of interest to us or not. Please provide as much details as possible of the Investment including;
A) Professional valuation (must not be more than 3 months old)
B) Discount offered off valuation
C) Professional rental valuation or details of any current or most recent tenancies (if applicable)
D) Photographs & or particulars.
We will give you the courtesy of a reply either way. Our aim is to reply within within 5 working days on properties that we may have interest in. If we have not replied within 10 working days, we will probably not be interested, although we will still respond with a reason so that any other property that you offer in the future may fit more in line with our criteria.
Once we have decided to pursue a property or portfolio we act very quickly and have the ability to exchange and complete swiftly. The Britannia Property Group also offer on certain investment holdings, options or lock out deposits to secure the purchase of a particular deal.
