
BPG SECURE £50 MILLION DEAL WITH PRIVATE INVESTMENT BANK

Britannia Property Group Investments are pleased to announce our landmark deal with the Lloyds private Investment banking sector for £50 million pounds worth of financial backing. With a practiced and workable business plan in place; we aim to invest the funds in acquiring further residential property investments consisting predominantly of professional & student Houses in Multiple occupations. We are also currently in negotiations for developing new-build apartments and halls around the University.
The Britannia Property Group is a dynamic and highly ambitious company and we have made the conscious decision to build upon our years of experience of Property Investments and Management around numerous Universities and Colleges. We plan to acquire with a target of an additional 50 properties a year – thereby expanding upon the success of the current portfolio which boasts an average of 8-9% return yield. The properties will be renovated by our team of contractors within the Project Management department and managed by our Portfolio Manager’s at our offices in the Heart of Selly Oak and city centre. A large proportion of our properties are leased both direct by Universities and professional organisations for a number of years.
This is an exciting time for the company which currently manages over 600 properties for both private investors and landlords across the country; the expansion will mean increasing the number of employees threefold and merging our operations over the next 3 years.
